re the fourth estate as you love to call it

seems to me the overall biggest issues here

language of HERA as written by congress
lack of congressional comment - not one word (lots of nonsense hearings and finger pointing games)
courts read of HERA to include the agency as us

not sure what FHFA is supposed to so --- but yes ----- the Treasury Head could help us and has not for say 14 years - but I do not see this as those remote - other than judges with lifetime appointments - never elected - SCOTUS (one - if not the one - place I would like say 15 or 20 year term limits )
