Agree - there are now a lot of Wyoming branch affiliations to leverage, seems like quite a bit of structuring to not take advantage. Might be quite the clever way to enable reverse mergers for private companies that don’t want to (or aren’t in position to) go the IPO route … one can only hope 🙂
