These are both old notes being converted and a series of eight, nine month notes maturing starting in December 2023. Plenty of dilution to roll through 2024. You can trust nothing that you see in a promotional context for this stock. Even the OTC site security details for this stock is inaccurate. They show a float of 1.1 million dated August 2022 when the outstanding share count for August 2022 was only 285,357,307 shares per the company filing. If you take those numbers as gospel you would be lead to believe that very little dilution has occurred. The company profile was verified in November 2023 and I dropped a note to the OTC folks a couple of weeks ago and this error still exists. The company profile is supposed to be updated by the issuer every six months.

They just added 300,124,013 shares to the outstanding share count with 153,350,000 restricted. My dilution posts are compiled into the single post# 8671 linked below and pinned to this board. That post isn't all inclusive since it doesn't include minor issuances that add up or the series of eight nine month notes that began to mature in December 2023. Two in December, two more maturing in February.

That number for the float is still incorrect. The outstanding share count for August 2022 was less than 300 million so that number listed for 1,100,573,435 suggests that little has been added in the past year.
