Yes Guppy - we all know about the HMBL civil suit. You think civil litigation is uncommon in the corporate world? Are you that much of a novice. The civil suit will drag on and on, Sharp will eventually be dismissed from it, and it will have zero impact on his shells merging. It’s not a Calasse situation as that civil suit is about one of his shells (WNFT) that was preparing to merge. If you’re actually an attorney (as you have claimed to be), you’d know all of this. So, either you lied about being an attorney or you’re misleading about the significance of the HMBL civil suit. Either way your someone not to be believed or trusted.

Another fantasy assumption that Sharp will even have to appear in court, let alone "plead the 5th, to avoid getting arrested."
That's not how civil litigation works in the United States.

I guess in your own fantasy 🦄 world, you can, convict and jail all you want.
However, GVSI investors live in the real world.
Your scare tactics are impotent.
Your price predictions have failed over and over and over again.
