Too many employees as a conservator, isn’t it ? No wonder they don’t let go the GSEs.

This is freaking wild to me. How does this go without notice how out of line these salaries are? Christ time to apply I guess!

I want this job. The job title actually has the word Miscellaneous in it. What is going on?

Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) records show Adolfo Fernando Marzol held one job in 2019. The record lists a job of Miscellaneous Administration And Program and a pay of $286,998. This is 63.3 percent higher than the average pay for co-workers and 313.8 percent higher than the national average for government employees.

This is unFREAKINGbelievable! If these numbers are accurate, and I have no reason to doubt Robert here, then FHFA salaries alone are over $205 million annually for an organization that creates NO PRODUCTS or SERVICES and earns NO REVENUE!!!!!

Futhermore, salaries are not even the entire cost of running an organization. I don't think we need to look any further for a significant part of problem or a significant part of the foot-dragging. This is almost surreal. What kind of efficient housing system can you create by throwing $205 million away right off the top?!!! Congress needs to address this immediately (I know, I know, a pipe dream).

not sure what that means ?

seemed to be a relatively small number of employees - and my sense is most companies (GOV or PRIVATE) have relative employee costs to other companies of size -- as the C suite dominates

overall - not sure if that is good or bad
