The SEC does not perform audits. NHMD's auditor is Pinnacle Accountancy Group of Utah, which is a dba of Heaton & Company. You'll find it here:

They don't seem to have had any inspections by PCAOB.

And they're pretty cheap. They did NHMD's audit for 2023 (for full year 2022) for a mere $20,500. See page 33:

They've been the company's auditor since 2018.
