Most transparent ? 11,000 GSE documents are still locked under presidential privilege for 12 years now. They are just some discussions on locking up the GSEs. Release them all now, people should know the truth.
I was in Hyde Park about 3 weeks ago and they have built a core of something but not much progress as far as I could see. Like our house way up north in Chicago - this South side location is very close to the lake --- so not that much snow these last two days (as compared to suburbs about 10 miles west of the future library where it was say 7-8 inches)
i do not know about overall transparency but the ACA is his legacy - and it is a large one as it was a gov/private sector design that appears to be working. 20,000,000 Americans with real coverage (no prior disease rider outs - no ridiculous lifetime maximums in coverage (or disease specific) - required meaningful out of pocket limits - all types of stuff that large group private health insurance take for granted)
