Then there's the reality of MK's years of deceit. Repeated lies and dishonest acts, be it about IDE submission, RDGL finances, the rabbit testing, promised quarterly updates or stealth editing updates after release.
Then there's the reality of MK's gross incompetence of not getting Radiogel to market before it became public domain when the original patents expired. RDGL's weak "improved" process patent isn't worth squat in stopping competitors.
Just objectively citing the facts and not indulging in wishful thinking.
