$GEGI: Scottie: Things may have dramatically changed at USPTO. Just a few years ago.
It was '2' to '3' yrs after NEW filing date.

However, in the case of $GEGI, looks like Transportation Holding LLC bought some patents from GE.
Case in Point:- US9162690B2
If this is the case then it's EXPIRED. Expired in dec '23.
However, it's a "fee related" issue. Should be able to resurrect it, after paying a fee.
But more IMPORTANTLY, this patent was filed by GE in 2014, they may need to resurrect it ONLY for the value of "Prior Art", in their favor.
And augment it with NEW IP.

Please point me to any Patents that $GEGI filed and PR'd. TIA!
