Not exactly, but getting closer it sounds. Still no signatures on share agreement or NVSOS updates, but he has control over the officers now. I’m sure it will all get completed in due time. I will be here til big boards, so I’m in no rush.

There’s the answer they give, then there’s the hard proof on the NVSOS site. Until that’s updated accordingly, nothing else that’s filed really matters. Either way, Rick's engagement is great and, like I said, it will all come to fruition in due time.
