Thing is, perjury is a tough thing to prove or disprove. I feel like even the accusation of perjury falls under opinion because it is so subjective.

And while she's accusing him of committing a crime, the accusation is minor compared to what Sharp has said. He tweeted a few times that Brett Rosen sold cocaine to kids. I bet that's in the counter suit for defamation and I am curious how it turns out. Seems like that has more merit than the original defamation claim by Sharp, but I suspect both will lose. California courts seem sick of hearing people bicker about defamation.


The Guppy said a grand jury is investigating Sharp and that he DID commit perjury. If either or both turn out to be false (and I think both are false) it’s defamatory. She’s accusing him of committing a crime. That’s classic defamation if false. Again - do I think Sharp will spend his time and money pursuing it - no! But he could and should
