Some of you conduct zero due diligence even when it is done for you and all that is required is that you read. This crypto misinformation about the product gets posted nearly everyday. What Blackstar is trying to do has nothing to do with crypto anything, currency, tokens, nothing. The are attempting, for years now, to license their idea to a dealer / broker to trade securities on a block chain. To date the regulatory rules governing securities says no dice.

If I’m reading everything correctly the ETF is infringing on the Patent.
