New Facility Pics.....so far, nothing that looks remotely like a milling and processing plant for minerals.

Sugar cane processing plant, more likely. Or maybe agave. World needs more tequila, right?

Chance, I looked at the photos. It appears that the tank laying on its side is a pressurized gas tank. The plastic upright tanks appear to be water supply tanks, and seem to be intended to connect with the white plastic stubs extending above ground, which will /may take the water drain and/or be pumped to the location(s) for water infusion to the ore material. The blue plasitc tank, could be for something different.
