You SHOULD believe the balance-sheet that indicates JK has taken on more liabilities w/ no way to pay off anything other than dumping more shares into the float - insiders can't convert or dump when a ticker is dark, so this could be a desperate attempt to enable that going forward.

I'm amazed how slow you are to learn these things after all the years you've spent posting about failed companies that have dumped into the O/S and then gone dark on you.

Oh well, ever blindly hopeful.

Or…you can believe the PR that states VXIT is the Texas distributor for passive portal and bought 10 passive portals from DTII
