Im so sick of your bullshit. How can you protect a patent ‘pending’ when its not in the company’s name and no legal action has been initiated? What is SB waiting for? And dont tell me its because of Midland or Philbrick - that isnt stopping SB from doing business.
You can have it both ways and still be true. Either everything is getting dismissed sooner or later - by which SB should be conducting business that brings revenues to the company,
Or, hes not sure if he will win and therefor he wont spend any money or time on HPIL.
There is no management- there is no patent (except Philbricks) - there is no Apogee product or revenue - there is no shareholder value trading or not. Thats why its OTC, thats why is CE, and thats why there is a control dispute and SB is on the run from US living in Canada with not a single asset in his name at 70yrs old, hes not smart or cunning business man a hes just a straight up thief and white collar criminal.
