That isn't accurate - there hasn't been a name change from FINRA.

Many scammers dupe novice investors by doing a name change at the state level - which is meaningless.

FINRA states the name is Spooz Inc and the ticker symbol is SPZI.

"Name change already happened.."

Not close to being accurate.
