$NLST If the PTAB finds all claims of the 060 & 160 unpatentable... all the CAFC—Court of Appeals for Federal Circuit—has to do is watch a replay of this hearing when deciding whether to affirm or reverse the PTAB's FWDs... and it's hard to fathom how they do not side with Netlist/Sheasby. I really hope viewing oral arguments is mandatory at the CAFC, because this is a travesty. That is not saying or getting even close to the assumption that the PTAB will rule against us.
