Only 17% of the A/S is issued/outstanding. That means the O/S could explode another 460% from here. Even more shares can be authorized should more than 5 billion be needed to satisfy any toxic convertible notes or other issuances. Worth noting--

RG Barron Funds Ltd/ Lily A. Rhodehamel owns 99 Preferred B shares (100% of this class). Each one converts at a rate of 10 million-for-1. That means she stands to be issued 990 MILLION new common shares--- slightly more then the entire current O/S (Pages 8 & 17). Also on page 17
