ZERO to mgt, ZERO to control persons. All go to satisfy the 3(A)(10) obligation as per the last issuance Y2022.

at least they gave us a heads up. it looks like its going to EROP Enterprises, LLC (Vince Sbarra) and maybe for 75 million shares but im not 100% sure.
