Where is the evidence that "shares are being pushed out?" To the contrary, the financing is from loans from a bank and development authority and over $300k from Thomas (our CEO).

Please tell me when the last time shares were added to the Outstanding Share Count and why do you think that there is gonna be a reverse split!
