Good to see JK responding to basic reporting-requirements.

He never responded to me personally re WHY he failed to maintain currency, but after a year of procrastination he's at least attempting to keep the charade going.

I'm guessing he's responding to some inside-holders who haven't taken the opportunity to cash-out yet?

Whether that's to common shareholders' benefit or not, I guess we'll find out.
