100% disagree - nothing is guaranteed. Last merger failed. I sure hope this merger happens and they push out some financials that will send this ticker to the moon. I only have a small portion of shares (300k) and want this to skyrocket as much as any share holder in this forum...but the merger is NOT guaranteed. Who knows what type of things might derail this merger? I don't
