I've heard this many times from Hil. But I see many other CEOs buying their own company shares. Am I to believe that these other CEOs do not have an inside track on their own companies? Form 4S are filed EVERYDAY. TOTAL BULLSHIT. Unless Hil is under some other restraints like, criminal restraints, he should be able to file a form 4 and purchase shares on the market.
