Yes correct BUT !!! With now a Jury finding the NWS was unjust and unfair dealing and awarded shareholders damages then the NWS is dead!!! iF THEY RE INSTALL IT THEN IT'S GROUNDS FOR DAMAGES AGAIN ???

Is the NWS 100% dead or dormant now ?

I thought the deal was do the NWS math but ------ F and F keep the cash !!! (which goes to reserves) --- AND F and F write an IOU for that cash they kept that is added to the LP - so the LP grows $ for $ at NWS rate of dividend with the capital growth

With this approach - if I understand it (even if at 10%) --- there is no digging out - until -- IF And WHEN the LP is written to zero
