i agree but part of me says that unless Hong concedes a little bit on his demands we will be waiting. Considering he has been fighting for 10+ years. I am sure his demands are very HIGH. With that being said if no settlement occurs I don't see litigation ending until 2026. IMO... Shorts know more than we do. they know no settlement on horizon so they must keep the price per share low to prevent Hong from accessing capital. Which is why he has to come up with other income streams ASAP.
