As per FHFA, it has to be congress who has to come up with the reform.. As per Congress, Reform is separate and independent it has to be Treasury, who initiated the cship to end it and as per treasury, FHFA can do it ...

Sandra Thompson. She needs to declare them capitalized. But she won't. She said she'll defer to Congress.

Congress won't. They have their otherwise unemployable girlfriends/boyfriends and relatives working for FHFA.

Our only real hope is a judge who believes that USA isn't a banana republic.
