what is GEGI share price at Dec 31, 2024 with:

- a 1.5 B unrestricted (same as today)

- multiple grant monies approved & used

- a working prototype at the port of woodland

SUMMARY: The purpose of this notice is to solicit applications for Strengthening Mobility and
Revolutionizing Transportation (SMART) grants. Funds for the fiscal year (FY) 2022 SMART Grants
Program are to be awarded on a competitive basis to conduct demonstration projects focused on
advanced smart city or community technologies and systems to improve transportation efficiency and
safety.
DATES: Applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM EST on Friday, November 18, 2022. Late applications
will not be accepted.

DOT SMART application deadline was Nov 18 2022 for Mar 15 2023 year

DOT SMART application deadline was advanced by Oct 10 2023 for early 2024 award announcement

2022 smart grants were announced 3-21-2023 w/

a submitted date of 11-18-2022….so, apprx 123

days from submission to announcement… if we

take the same 123 days (yes I’m speculating fed

gov takes same amount of time) from the 2023

submitted date of Oct 10…. We land on … apprx

February 10, 2024 … as a good estimated guess

of announcement date
