Very strange is your profile/ account is less than 2 months old? Only 48 posts on FNMA which I read though didn't see anything about an appeal !
Gov cannont appeal it's up to the GSE's to appeal and they won't as per the statement regarding (Funds set aside for the lawsuit) during 3Q results.
