#107003 RE: Demolition Man #106981

Demo Man- I agree 100%
We didn't go thru all of this waiting and "imminent financing" and "upcoming weeks" (turning into years) and eating dog food and drinking Kool-Aid..... to settle on $2.40 pre split ($24 post split when in PRODUCTION........... it seems like over the past 5 years shareholders have gotten beaten down so bad with delays and misdirections and statements that did not come close to fruition...... that now, we feel that we need to settle for crumbs........

Lest' we forget that 3-4 years ago Mark S. said in a forum that with the then NPV valuation, the SP could have been trading for $8-$9 (that's $80-$90 after Rev. Split, keep in mind that was even before REE's, significant increase in oxide/ purity(s), more efficient processes, double titanium price and quantities, and approx. $700M EBITDA!! but now, we have folks on the board that just a few weeks ago were talking about possible SPricies in the $20-$30 range upon financing announcement, suddenly pivoting and buying into the Edison narrative based on non current data and inaccurate financial figures! comon folks.... don't sell yourselves down the Nio River so easily..... they makin' chumps outta all of us!! ...... Suffice it to say, everyone is ALL OVER THE MAP with their projections, and are swayed by the ever-changing direction of the wind and snake oil analysts (ie. Edison) (still can't believe NB paid them to do analysis...... with analysis like that, WHO NEEDS FRIENDS!!!!! DANG!!!)....Thomas Edison is turning over in his grave......... totally inaccurate analysis, using wrong models and outdated data, c'mon NB management, you can do MUCH better than letting these Foxes into the NB henhouse (on our dime no less)!! Shame on you......How about applying that money you paid Edison to the FS update!!!
I would hope that the financial savvy folks on this board ( those that have put out very realistic projections in the past) would stick to your guns and factor in (apply) quantifiable financial measurement elements, i.e., EBITDA, NI, NPV (albeit discounted) in order to point to a more realistic model of go forward Share Pricing.... and stay away from the snake-oil analysts masquerading as real analysts......

hint hint- there is no way a ~ $4B NPV mining company (after the FS is published) should trade under $18-$22...... even HEAVILY discounted, and using 60M Shares outstanding for modelling, we should be in the $20-$30 range minimum...... (just ask MaxZ or Skiluk- the SPAC cheerleaders, but who broke down go forward valuations fairly logically i believe.....)

Anyway- don't let the dog food eating, kool aid drinking Jimmy jones cult SP pessimists overwhelm you with ever changing projections..... We have a GEM here, even though sometimes it seems that management has made every move to limit, delay or prevent success..... To be fair.... mgmt. has made some good moves in the last few years., however, they have made more than their share of missteps and keep compounding these missteps with unsatisfactory and inaccurate communications with investors. Despite this, and amazingly, against all odds, i believe we will succeed in getting this ferrari into construction..... unless we trip on our $$##% over and over again........

Best to all shareholders in the New YEAR!!!!!
