I'm not sure about that. It was in a downtrend for 3 straight months with the 20 EMA as resistance. But last week it broke out of the downtrend and flipped the 20 EMA to support and up 11% since then. It did that in June and within 6 weeks went from .08 to .33 so the next few weeks may be interesting.
