A branch registration is required when a company seeks to have a place of business or branch in a jurisdiction other than the jurisdiction in which that company is incorporated

Interesting, based on the filings Gold was granted an incorporation change from Florida to Wyoming in March 2023 and also did a name change to Gold Enterprise Group.

Can it be an incorporated company in Wyoming with the medical companies affiliations AND be a branch for something else? Have no idea how that works …
