Then they reverse split the retail shareholders.

I wouldn't be too excited about the press release.

Plus, the OTCM has them listed as a Shell Risk.

Read the financials - they aren't very impressive.

The Bemax S-1 was deemed effective on 2014-10-08.

But oddly in 2018 they filed a Form 15 and deregistered their stock and no longer report to the SEC.
