The fact you have 'never seen this" tells me you are a newbie... Look up HCMC... trades 75 million+ a day and it has that many digits.. blame decimalization not something about GTII...(SMH at you newbie) ..one of the problems (write this down as i am giving you yet another free lesson) is that FINRA is in control of reverse splits...This will be challenged in courts very soon( but that is another lesson but i will have to charge you for that lesson.) Anyway, a reverse split used to help a company consolidate, raise its per share price and allow it to trade more easily at clearing firms. However FINRA is taking MONTHS to approve these and in the meantime a stock that could be trading at .05 per share is trading at .00005 per share and clearing firms won't touch it. In addition the reverse can make it cheaper for the firm to pay DTC and TA fees if there was less shares to maintain...but again, that is another lesson for another day that i will have to begin charging you for... Ok, Class dismissed for today.

From at least March 2017-May 2019 Sabby|Mintz repeatedly circumvented trading rules to conduct unlawful trades in the stock of 10 PUBLIC COMPANIES. Sabby |Mintz engaged in illegal “naked short selling” by intentionally|improperly placing short sales when they knew or were reckless in not knowing that they had not borrowed or located the shares, & then failed to make timely delivery of the shares. The purpose was to earn profits they could not have gained by legal trading.
