Government has control over interstate commerce, like over Fore Father's wanted. Government is supposed to be in charge of roads, and airports, private companies are in America for Capitalism, Government is there to govern over all of those companies that take advantage of the American consumer.

Would they have been able to come up with the interstate highway system, and the idea of there being no lobbyists, special interests or money... is just adorable.

Actually there probably would be money and leadership. Of course it would probably be foreign... while 538 random buffoons who can't find the light switch or even their own asses, attempt to manage a nation of 320 million people.

WTF do you call forcing women out of the state where they live to seek life saving care because of government imposed restrictions on reproductive health care? You have a bunch of f'ing theocrats imposing policies based upon junk science at best, callous, murderous indifference at worst.
