OMG, this post about Shamir Capital is too good to be true! Yeah, they have a 5 year investment horizon.....except for BETS which they dumped like the steaming POS it is in less than a month while exercising and dumping anyone's guess number of cashless warrants to absolutely clean up with profits. This ticker is going down, down, down.
Last official report before the reverse split was 3.8 billion OS, which is now 3.8 million shares outstanding. The volume is still churning the entire OS and then some.....or else more and more cashless warrants are flooding the OS and bloating it even higher. There is no $70m in cash (clearly proven to be LIES), only a bitcoin wallet worth around $6m and massive overhead/energy costs. The revenues just do not exist to support any substantial market cap. At $5/share, the MC is nearly $20m. That is incredibly overvalued, especially when the MC was under $5m just recently. Drip, drip, drip back down for the daily share price and then Shamir Capital will be there to rinse and repeat on the next offering. Death Spiral Chinese Scam Stock!
