Great post! I might add that many of the employees posting were probably acquired employees, used to lax rules such as coming to work on time, meal breaks, dress codes, etc. that might be tighter under the Schwazze playbook, and they may have been fired and are trying to get their revenge. I have had to manage several retail pharmacy acquisitions in my career and usually 75% of the hourly employees have quit or been let go by the end of the first year.
