I think you are probably right 'PennyPusher786' !!!

Just keep in mind - Ken paid out-of-pocket for the Law Suits, so he
will need to be reimbursed first, and then a percentage of
whatever is left, could go towards a Buy-back !!!

I'm guessing; That settlement, along with the Three Liquidity Events
that have already been set in motion, will take place
sometime in the 1st qtr of this year !!! IMO
