I can't seem to find it since there are no SEC filings on this notification, however, there is a 1-A FORM dated 12/19/23, 1-A POS (Post-qualification amendment to a 1-A offering statement.
This doc mentions an offering of 500m shares at .001 which will raise the O/S to 700m. Now this really isn't a problem. And the offering as we are trading at the moment, give or take a point here or there makes this issue still undervalued.
There is no indication as of yet on how this was received, but no entity can buy more than 100k, so this as well is within reason. This measure when it comes to fruition is to maintain a proper dissemination of the volume. Good for shareholders and is decent governance by the company.
Even if the company's O/S structure reaches a high of 2b shares, well over the above discussed of 700m to 1b, within the next 6 months, believe me, this is still undervalued. But let's just keep it on a rational basis rather than your synopsis of pure deliberate tactics from the negative side of the ledger, which are baseless.
Generally, I would never respond to an individual with an absolute negative mindset for whatever reason you may have, which is the obvious.
