He could have done that himself without going public, but he chose to go public to share his profits with a bunch of gamblers who are hooked on scams. It doesn't take a genius to figure this scam out, if it doesn't make sense, it doesn't exist. This is going to run and it is going to fall flat on its face, when John Parks cashes out, my best guess is, he will try his best to get this to maybe 200 million market cap, somewhere between 2-3 cents and cash out, imagine that.
