Hypothetically if a buyout happens, what happens to our shares we own? Do we retain them, or are we offered a set price for them.

It will get bought out because the patent is too huge to ignore. I don't believe Joe can get the capital needed to defend the patents against infringers, but companies like Goldman and banks like Morgan can. I think I read somewhere that Joe turned down a buyout of .25. Just a matter of time until that number gets to big for Joe to ignore. Buy what shares you can and put them in deep freeze for a while, we will get north of .25.
