They said 45 days and based on richieboy and his call into the company, the ceo sounds very busy with those back east. Therefore, sonx may be going back and forth with the nyse on getting their plan accepted. May is the key word, but would be extremely positive if that was the case. Why? They are about at the finish line and we should see something fairly soon

If we just count trading days it puts us around January 16th But I also saw somewhere by Tuesday

Do we have a date where they have to announce by? I haven’t been following this one too closely. Unfortunately I know it’s going on obviously, but not in detail.
