Just curious, once the 18m O/S gets canceled that means the O/S will reduce from 34m current to 34m minus 18m = 16m after reduction...right?

So who gets impacted, restricted or non-restricted shares by this reduction?

The non restricted shares doesn't seem to have enough shares to get all the 18m subtracted from them. Does that mean current holders like Dome Capital LLC which holds18m shares will be reduced or maybe totally gone?

Any help will be great...thx.
