Birch, the ycrm shell owner was looking for a merger candidate and found pickle jar. Pickle jar paid the 88k debt of the shell and the merger news pushed the price over .02. The owner of the ycrm shell also had another ticker that was a shell. Pickle jar ended up with the other ticker. Reachout took the ycrm shell. During that madness, everyone dumped the ycrm.ticker back to shell status price but Reachout took the shell and now we are back at .01. It was kinda ugly how it all unfolded but ycrm looks fantastic now..
