One of the problems we've had forever is lazy 'reporting', I won't call it journalism because too many self created bloggers seem to think they're journalists.
But news media is guilty of a lot of things. Intentionally propagating lies like faux spews, unintentionally propagating incorrect information by not double checking or taking the time to proof read as well as plain old copy paste to push out information before the other guy. Plus many more irregularities that shouldn't be happening with public news sources.

A perfect example is the first story to report the broken pipe was in the atlantic journal constitution which wrote a confusing article with poor grammar and run on sentences which confused what time the pipe broke and effected counting. Of course magat's convoluted all of this as much as possible to show voter fraud.
The election commission didn't even mention the break at a 10:30 press conference, which was repaired in 2 hours and did not effect ballots nor impact counting itself but added time.
