That isn't necessarily true - Sharp had to withdraw the Form 10 for GVSI over 2 years ago because the Form 10 wasn't going to be deemed effective.


We're talking about $wnft. But since you mentioned it, $gvsi was a mess until Sharp and his team cleaned it up.

Prior management with $gvsi were scammers and frauds. Similar circumstances exist here with $wnft.

Your post about a Form 10 didn't mention a Super 8-K had to be filed for a reverse merger.


That's a given. Form 10, 15c, Super 8-K...all just paper shuffling that Sharp and his team will manage when the time is right. Pretty simple stuff to achieve considering $wnft is SEC reporting and fully audited.
