The block is to stop people from moving the price up. if you are selling 500k shares at low volume, you wouldn't drop them on the ask. Same tactics as its always been.

Uhhh NO,we know that it is NOT dilution because Elite has never sold shares on the open market !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure. It might have been me, but my sell price was a tad higher. I just figured if it went through, I'd consider buying a Ferrari. I may change my mind though and pull it back, because why sell at .15 if I could sell at $2.50?
