there is no location!!!
there is no LOI for the property/location in place!!!
there is no property purchase agreement in place!!!
there is no business location leased nor owned nor developed nor redeveloped!!!

NO LOCATION.....NO NOTHING!! NO BONDS, NO ABATEMENTS, NO TAX INCENTIVES!!!
