Five and six digit trades are by MM's usually liquidating large blocks of shares. 99% of the time those shares come from insiders. For this one all you have to do is review the financials and see that Novus Group (Joseph Wade )has dumped 1.2 billion shares in a year.
Someone who sold almost all of their shares and it wasn't worth the cost to sell the remaining shares so they just handed them (basically) back to their financial institution?
