Hi snow I think i bought this stock around 2008 as well and made the mistake of not selling when i could have brought home a quarter million dollars. i realized too late the bullshit talk of the management who : " never did what they were promising and i really think they were just thinking how to milk the cow". anyway the past can't be changed. i think almost one or two years ago spooz had a revival and this time i wasn't able to sell because my bank told me due to legal restrictions they could no longer sell pennystocks. I myself worked at this very bank for 15 years. In the end they couldn’t even tell me how to solve the problem. However they have no problems charging me with deposit fees every three months. sorry snow for this introduction. i read you mentioning that you are in europe and you were not able to sell as well. did you transfer your shares to another country or how did you resolve the issue? i have the option to transfer them to the US. i still have no useful answers though how they will determine the purchase price since the US will charge capital gain tax. i presume it should be the price at that time of transfer to the US. If anyone knows how to resolve this issue I appreciate any useful information. thanks in advance
