"I said the contract is automatically void because it doesn’t meet the requirements of a contract."

contracts get automatically voided?...by who?...how?...do they simply self destruct?....lmao

"Neither side could enforce it on the other because of that."

what the hell are you even talking about?...you should have stuck to the idea that the kings group cancelled the contract...that didnt happen, but at least it made some kind of sense...

"Too much for a fry cook to understand so don’t even try."

and you think you have googled your way into understanding contract law?...lol!...all you have done is completely befuddled yourself...

stop trying to extricate yourself from the the utter nonsense of your original post...

I see what your saying...

In essence it's an unenforceable contract.

In fairness KBLB did intimate the POTENTIAL of the contract; primarily based upon the ability to commercially produce year in and out, industry-worthy volumes, in continuous fashion.

To date, no monies exchanged hands, nor has any side publicly expressed the desire (directly) to dissolve said contract.

By it's official expiration date, if KBLB still can't meet the obligations, for the year 2024, both sides can renegotiate terms (though the renegotiation process can happen anytime during the lifetime of the validity of said potentiated contract).

I never suggested any such thing. I said the contract is automatically void because it doesn’t meet the requirements of a contract. Neither side could enforce it on the other because of that. Big difference.
